- Wake up between 4 am & 6am .
- Go to bed between 8 pm & 10pm.
- Have a daily nourishing exercise routine. Good starts are the 5 minute from Donna eden energy medicine book https://edenenergymedicine.com/product/energy-medicine-10th-anniversary-edition-award-winning-book/ or the Dao Yin exersizes from Tom Bisio - tooth from a tigers mouth Book is good https://www.amazon.com/Tooth-Tigers-Mouth-Injuries-Powerful-ebook/dp/B002XQAAVI ... Ideally do in morning before starting your day.
- Stop eating before it gets dark, or 4 hours before going to bed.
- Wake up to a cleansing drink. A tea made from flowers (Ex. Chamomile, Hibiscus, Red Clover) are the most purifying. Or water with squeeze of lemon.
- Try eating only 2 meals a day. Mid morning and late afternoon is best. No snacks.
- Go barefoot everyday on natural earth.
- Alternate hot and cold shower. End with cold.
- Don’t wear sunglasses for the most part. They block the vital nutrients you receive through your eyes from the sun.
- Don’t go a day without laughter.
- Don’t take life too seriously.
- Try hanging from a tree or monkey bar.
- Try to hang out in a full squat at least a minute a day. A squat (was) is the natural human posture for childbirth, deification, and fetal in the womb.
- Eat the rainbow, a combination of colors at each meal.
- Eat wild foods if you can. Weeds are super nutritious.
- Eat until only 3/4 full. Don’t drink with meals, or within 15 minutes before, or an hour after. If you feel like you need to drink with meal, only small sips of warm tea or room temp water.
- Swish water around mouth after meal to clear debris.
- Always swallow saliva (you can intentionally produce by swirling tongue around mouth) never spit out. Saliva contains many digestive enzymes.
- After eating and relaxing for 5 minutes , make sure to go on a 15 minute walk.
- Eat as much locally grown food as possible. Go to a farmers market when seasonally available.
- Pay attention to your posture throughout the day and how you hold your self. I like the Gokhale Method. They have a book and dvd. Stack sitting, stretch sitting, hip hinging, glidewalking, strechlying, tallstanding. https://gokhalemethod.com/
- Try Chi Gong or Nei Gong Tom Bisio has online programs at https://www.internalartsinternational.com/qi-gong-nei-gong/
- Try a firm mattress. A wool mattress is best. Has healing qualities to sleep on.
- Chew your food as much as possible.
- “Chew” your water before you swallow. Always drink slowly. Small sips are best.
- Get yourself a juicer and make some juices. Try carrots, beets, celery, ginger, apple, etc. Cabbage juice is good for stomach ulcers. Beets work well for detoxing the liver. Possibilities are endless, and so are the health benefits. Juices help combat toxins from the modern world.
- Dr. Morse ND has some good info on this and detoxing. https://www.drmorsesherbalhealthclub.com/
- Try eating organ meats. Try them prepared raw. Try liver. Check out https://nourishingtraditions.com/
- Use a water filter. Berkey water filter is good. https://www.berkeyfilters.com/
- Try foam rolling upper back. I like gokhale method foam roller. Or you could tie two tennis balls together in a sock and roll that up and down the sides of your spine. You could also put it under your sacrum and let your legs hang out. Also can be put under the glutes.
- Use natural toothpaste. Make your own or I like the Ayurvedic toothpaste. Fluoride is toxic, and was introduced from toxic waste.
- Use natural soap. Dr Bronners Soap is nice.
- Press your neurolymphatic points daily, found on chest, inner legs, and along the spine if you have someone do it. These can be found in Donna eden energy medicine book. She also has some good health info. https://www.innersource.net/em/resources/health-qas.html
- Go naked when you can.
- Try the wim hof method. https://www.wimhofmethod.com/
- Walk backwards every once in a while. Add in your arms up and back a little bit.
- Go on a hike on uneven terrain as much as possible. This utilizes so many more muscles than walking on flat ground, and can help correct "herniated" discs and realign a tweaked spine.
- Planks (front and side) are good for the Core, Horse stance for the Legs and Core, and Hindu Pushup for Upper Body and Spine.
- Stalking Exersize - Walk slowly, steady in a Stealth mode with legs bent as if your "hunting" or stalking an animal.
- Rub your feet before sleeping. Or do a self belly massage from Mantak Chia's Chi Nei Tsang http://www.chi-nei-tsang.com/introduction.htmld
